At this point you are probably aware that there are tons of "Deal Sites" popping up all over internet land.  Most of these sites are stand alone sites offering only daily deals or derivatives of businesses such as radio and television broadcast websites.

THE PROBLEM
Most of the stand alone sites such as Groupon, Living Social and many more require a large deal (usually at least 50% off) and get a percentage of each deal that is sold (usually half.) This means that for many small businesses they are giving away 75% of their profit simply to have an email sent out to folks who have registered for these GREAT DEALS.

If you haven't noticed... most of these sites are now stuck with deals related to the Travel industry or online businesses because the model is not setup to make it profitable for a small business owner.
